Responsibilities:

• Identify O+ growth opportunities by taking company goals, market information, the departmental strengths / weaknesses into consideration
• Partner with sales and branch manager to develop new O+ business / product for maximizing profit
• Work with tender team to provide strategic, workable & profitable pricing advices to close deal. Review failure case and suggest future improvement
• Develop performance indicators to ensure service level / customers satisfaction / productivity
• Take part in sales activities for O+ business
• Maintain sales visit daily plan
• Consultative selling / providing value added services to clients
• Generating and following up sales leads
• Other tasks assigned by the management

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of O+ operations and market information in global freight forwarding industry
• Strong negotiation skills and have solid experience in dealing with ocean carriers
• Demonstrated critical thinking , using logic and reasoning to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks, and identifying alternative solutions or approaches
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve your targets
• Strong selling and communication skills
• Ideally a graduate and preferably with a degree in logistics and marketing
