具备英文交流能力，可以出国交流接受技术培训

1. Support the client about the installation and use of the products, guarantee a quality service according our standard and in respect of costs and schedule;

2. Perform maintenance and corrective services, recording causes, mode, time and cost of such services;

3. Search solutions for complaints and problems expressed by customers, to resolve within the existing procedures and suggesting possible improvements on the products in order to solve the incurred problems;

4. Oversees activities' related to technical services including: training, technical support during trade fairs and events, warranties and maintenances management;

5. Maintain a constant and proactive relationship with customers, guiding them in selecting the right product range for its target market, by making training activities and promoting products / services as well as renewing technical assistance outstanding contracts;

6. Constantly report to the Commercial Technician to ensure the continuity of communications and the constant flow of information in relation to customer needs and priorities' intervention;

7. Support the Commercial Technician in daily task.
