JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide machine installation, repair, maintenance, modification, checkup and training activities on the customer site;

• To provide high quality service and achieve customer satisfaction and optimal service quality;

•  Prepare Field Service/Commissioning reports as needed;

•  Maintain time sheets & expense records to support the timely invoicing of jobs;

• Manage the communication with head quarter in Germany;

• Support spare parts sales;

• Troubleshoot via phone, email or in person;

•  Perform other duties as required.

   

  EDUCATION & SKILLS:

• Bachelor Degree, major in Mechanical or other relevant professionals;

• Familiar with chemical or pharmaceutical machinery;

• Minimum 5 years experiences in relevant area;

•  Be able to communication in English both oral and written;

•  Familiar with computer hardware and common software such as Windows system, Microsoft Office;

• Willing to travel inside China frequently and outside of China if necessary;

•  Be able to handle pressure and make decision independently when required;

• Team work ability.
