Accountabilities:
? To check all revenue & cost which are correct in the system ;
? To submit the negative margin shpt to office manager for approval;
? To check the AP invoice, and submit to accounting manager for approval
? To input the amendment sheet in FMS system for AR/AP;
? To send the statement to the customers to ensure the amount correct, and issue the freight value added tax invoice within three days after vessel departure;
? To reconcile monthly AP statement with vendors;
? To issue weekly aging report, push outstanding and revert result to market dept about AR>31days(Credit) &AR>14 days(Cash);
? To prepare monthly statement of account to sales and customers;
? To scanning the deducting about value added tax invoice;
? Purchase and issue the value added tax invoices in time;


Essential Qualifications:

1) Degree: College
2) English: Good command of written & spoken
3) Experience: At least two years experience in shipping or forwarder
4) Computer: skillful
5) Others: Have accounting certificate
