Position: E-Commerce Supervisor

Job Description:

1.Communicate with TP agency, 3rd party platform, internal stores and relevant departments for EC business management.

2. Responsible for keeping track and updating order and merchandises needed for EC function.

3. Order management from the receiving to delivery.

4. To assist on the shooting with photographer.

5. Online event and database maintenance and analytics.

6. Other reports and daily requests by department head.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, English or related field.

2. Be familiar with different luxury E-Commerce site is a plus.

3. Be patient on luxury fashion E-commerce and willing to learn.

4. Creative/conceptual thinker

5. Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a changing and multi-task environment with numerous deadlines

6. Computer skills including MS Office.
