Area of responsibility 职责范围

This position is responsible for providing system support and application implementation.

Essential job tasks 日常工作内容.
* Provide system supports including troubleshooting, testing, report development and business analysis.
*为最终用户提供技术支持，内容包括排错，测试，报表编写以及业务分析。
* Monitor IT infrastructure and application status.
* 监控IT基础设施以及应用的运行状态。
* Handle platform deployment and maintenance.
*处理新系统部署以及维护。
* Release change/hotfix according to SOP.
*根据SOP发布变更以及补丁。
* Coordinate with internal/external vendor to constantly improve system stability and performance.
*协调内外部供应商，确保业务系统稳定高效运行。
* Conduct User Trainings.
*为用户进行培训。
* Conduct monthly report.
*制作月度报表。
* Perform other job related assignments as required.
*其他分配的任务。

Selection Criteria 选择条件
* University degree in computer science or related disciplines;
*计算机或相关专业本科毕业。
* End user system supporting experience, preferable in logistics industry;
*有系统支持经验，物流相关产业为佳。
* Basic knowledge in IT infrastructure and network architecture;
*对IT基础设施以及网络结构有基础认识。
* Experienced in Windows Server, Active Dictionary, Exchange and Redhat Linux is a plus;
*有windows服务器，活动目录，Exchange，Redhat Linux支持经验的优先。
* Solid understanding of T-SQL/PLSQL script language, ORACLE or SQL Server administration experience is a plus;
*熟悉T-SQL或PLSQL脚本语言，有Oracle或SQL Server管理经验者优先。
* Experience in RedPrairie WMS is a plus;
*有红色草原WMS使用经验者优先。
* Good communication skills;
*良好的沟通能力。
* Good team player with self-motivation.
*有团队意识，自律。
