Providing efficient & timely support to regional sales manager and the whole regional sales team and provide supports/co-ordination with various functional teams.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：

Business Support

1.Maintain Sales Tracking, Field Selling Expense Report, O-chart, Sales Team Contact List up to date with the greatest accuracy and on time.

2.Provide supports in regional sales data collection and analysis, including verification of incentive, hosp. target, monthly hosp. data, IMS and CPA data etc. .

3.Ensure all sales logistics go smoothly, including co-ordinate internal& external meetings arrangement, air-ticket, accommodations, fixed asset management, local procurement, etc.

4. To help superior to manage and track business related bills and payments, to make sure the smooth running of daily business

Administrative Support

5.Assist and support Regional Sales Manager in verbal and written communication within sales team

6.Assist and support supervisor to conduct business review meeting by regularly collating reports from DSM or MR.

7.Maintain tracking record and good storage condition in the local office for printing material, gimmicks, and samples.

8. Maintain a comprehensive and accurate filing system

9.Communicate with all internal departments on admin affairs when necessary.

Others

1.To fully understand Company’s policies, the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and all the relevant code of conduct. In order to explain to the sales team when they implement all activities

2.Other tasks assigned by line manager or Company.
