Role Purpose职位目的：
Provide medical support to oncology R&D clinical development

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities主要工作职责：
1.To establish clinical development strategy for the projects in charge in China, best aligned with global development strategy.
2.To develop protocol and detailed study plan in collaboration with asset team in oncology R&D
3.To take the role of medical monitor for the projects in charge
4.To manage and communicate with key investigators
5.To be best aligned in matrix team on oncology, such as clinical operation, medical affairs, regulatory department, commercial organization, etc.
6.To be aligned with EMAP oncology for R&D
7.To support training and other scientific support for clinical operation
8.To communicate with oncology R&D asset team to be timely updated for the global development status
9.To support regulatory (IND and NDA) process (materials, communication, etc)
10.To ensure governance across all clinical activities
?Ensure a high level of self directed understanding, dissemination and teaching of the GSK policies and SOPs
?As such, ensure the safe and ethical conduct of trials

Qualifications/Requirements申请资格 / 职位要求：
1.Preferably oncologist training in hospital
2.Minimum master degree in clinical medicine
3.Knowledge of clinical development process, and regulatory requirements
4.Knowledge in oncology either in clinical or industry setting at least 2 years
5.At least 3 years experience in medical practice or industry medical team
6.Interpersonal communication skill
7.Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English Team player
8.Project Management
9.Leadership and people management
10.Knowledge of PC (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
11.Presentation skill
