Reports to汇报: Associate director, DMPK

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities主要工作职责：
1.Design and conduct mechanistic DMPK studies for the evaluation of metabolism pathways and metabolite structure elucidation of new chemical entities;
2.Collaborate with chemists and provide valuable recommendation in structure optimization in order to assess metabolic soft spots;
3.Explore new techniques and processes to improve DMPK practice and maximize the study outcome;
4.Provide scientific input and may represent DMPK in program/project teams, including timely written and oral communication of program related issues to multidisciplinary teams and line management;
5.Contribute to a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, innovation and professional development.

Qualifications/Requirements申请资格 / 职位要求：
1.Ph.D. or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Science with at least two years hands-on experience in structure elucidation using mass spectrometry;
2.Demonstrated solid background in Chemistry, Separation science and various sample preparation techniques;
3.Basic understanding of different aspects of in vitro/in vivo DMPK in drug discovery and development;
4.Expertise in NMR and purification are desirable;
5.Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
