MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES
· As team assistant of business function - OES, the main responsibility is to provide the related daily business / operation support.
· Collect and make a pipeline/ opportunity report of sales team weekly, and update the HQ pipeline system regularly.
· To support sales team for related sales operation, ex: Proposal / Quotation / Bidding document preparation / Meeting minutes follow up.etc.
· To support OES all team members for related internal process ex: Expense, and etc.
· To support OES GM for related internal document review and signing process. Ex: PO / Contract ....etc.
· To support delivery team for related daily support.
· Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.
Related Experience / Competencies Required
Secetarary /Sales Team assistant related experience is preferred.
Education / Special Knowledge & Skills
· Bachelor degree in Business / Administration / Computer science or related areas
· Microsoft Word/Excel/Power point basic skill
