Participate in the requirement analysis, design, development and testing of software solutions based on client requirements
· Works independently as member of project team.
· Participates in client communications to understand client's business requirement and apply experience

Job Requirements & Skills Required
Education and Experience Required:
5+ years of experience in software development, engineering, or related field (Must Have)
In-depth knowledge of JVM, web and application servers (Nice to have)
Expert knowledge of J2EE (EJB, Servlets, JSP, XML, JDBC) (Must Have)Strong knowledge of Design Patterns (Must Have)
Strong knowledge of Spring, iBatis, Hibernate.Dojo,Ajax,Weblogic,Oracle (Must Have)
Experience with performance tuning, caching, clustering and related concepts is preferred (Nice to have)
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to work independently as well as with a team (Must Have)
Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly (Must Have)
Strong focus on quality and generating results (Must Have)
Self-disciplined with strong attention to detail (Must Have)
Proven ability to quickly understand and solve unique and undocumented programming problems (Must Have)
Excellent written and oral communications (Nice to have)
Energetic and self-starting (Nice to have)
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. (Nice to have)
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. (Nice to have)
