-Deliver Projects and manage daily tasks as Developer lead/architect role.
-Global environment to communicate with stakeholders include senior mgt, PM, BA, business user, and internal team of developers and QA testers.
-Excellent communication and good business accumulated that can talk on general language with different parties instead of SAP technical details only.
-Assess existing complex programs and troubleshooting/redesign solutions considering performance, runtime and app server capacity
-mange PRD escalations E2E
-Roadmap and CBA for new and next gen of SAP deployments of BI, Netweaver, HANA
-Acting as project lead and project manager for needs
-Innovation oriented and strongly troubleshooting, communication skills
-Good and reliable team player
-Quality commitment
-Quick learner and self-motivator
-Able to challenge complex programs(both customized&standard) and big data volume debug and redesign, able to communicate with SAP market support clearly in English.
-Good priority skills what need to be done for short term and long term. Pros and cons analysis and solution proposal presentation skills.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years in SAP ABAP development
- Expert development skills in the area of ABAP
· Debugging
· qRFC, tRFC, pRFC
· Customer Exit, UesrExit, BADI, Enhancement.
· Program and system memory optimizing.
· ALE-IDOC.
· SAP Data Dictionary.
· ABAP List report, ALV, Dialog
· Smartform, Scriptform, Adobeform.
· Web Dynpro, Web service.

- Ability to pick up knowledge in new areas very fast
- Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice To Have:
-Experience of SAP upgrade to ECC6.0.
-Experience of SAP Basis/NetWaver.
-experience of PM, Agile is a plus
-HANA
