职位描述
Responsibilities:
· Manages a complex Accounts Receivable ("AR") portfolio for Hong Kong customers, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues preventing payment, and providing strong support to the COE - Collection teams in other core Collections activities.
· Acts as HP Collection focal point with other HP internal teams. Communicate across multiple business partners (Sales, Global Operations, Finance, AR, and Tax) to resolve receivable issues
· Builds strong customer relationships to ensure world class Total Customer Experience and win/win outcomes are achieved. Identify, negotiate and implement solutions and customer process improvements.
· Leads or participates in cross-functional teaming to improve customer payment cycle, facilitate solutions for customer receivable issues, and improve organizational processes
· Analyze the root causes of recurring problems to drive improvement of processes effectively and recommend appropriate alternatives along with COE Collectors
· Exercise proficient independent decision making abilities, engaging management for input when necessary
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree major in Business/Finance/Accounting etc. recommended or equivalent experience.
· Language proficiency: Oral, read and write fluent in English and Cantonese.
· Excellent communications skills
· Strong analytical skills in making sound judgment.
· High Tolerance of Ambiguity
· Ability to Work Under Pressure
· Good Conflict Management Skills and leadership skills
· Business Maturity and Awareness
· Good PC Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP etc.
