Description
Using the telephone or, increasingly, the web, you'll contact the selected HP Software Support customers, renewing HP software support agreements and selling new services to exceed revenue targets. You may also generate leads for our direct sales team.
Working under the guidance of a telesales manager, you'll become increasingly independent and pro-active as you move up the scale. Advanced people tend to develop specialist areas of knowledge and are appointed in line with the requirements of the business.
Qualifications
Fluent in English as well as 1 or more of the following languages: Japanese, Korean, Mandarin,
2 years inbound/outbound telesales experience, preferably involving technology and/or services
Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
Experience in effectively logging all activities into a sales automation system
Ability to open conversations and close deals
Proactive independent worker who thrives on a challenge
Track record of target achievement
Demonstrable ability to work in fast changing environments
Knowledge in IT Tools (database systems, SAP, Siebel, MS-Office ...)
Basic knowledge of general administrative processes in selling contracts
Customer-oriented focus
Experience in solution based selling and/or complex sells
