Procurement Manager
Regus is the largest provider of flexible workspaces in the world. Publicly listed in the UK and with our headquarter in Luxemburg, we operate in 95 cities with more than 1,200 locations globally. In China, we have established operations in major cities from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou to Chengdu, Chongqing. We are about to enter the next phase of our expansion plan in China and is now looking for a high caliber Procurement Manager to be part of our expansion and management team.
Reporting functionally to the APAC Procurement Director and as part of the China management team, this person will lead all procurement activities in China. Identify, select and monitor external supplier’s performance is key to the success of this role. Managing the tendering process to ensure compliance with Regus standards and requirements is also critical. Last but not least, this individual may need to work on ad hoc projects from time to time either within China or APAC basis in order to support the high growth business plan for the company in the region.
Ideally, you are
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Someone who has at least 5 years of relevant experience with a large corporation in China.
Good knowledge of procurement best practices at both China and APAC level.
Has strong communication and business negotiation skills and is able to interact effectively with external vendors and internal management.
Strong customer service attitude and results oriented with high integrity.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
