COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

SUMMARY

The Commercial Director will be responsible for identifying and delivering against commercial opportunities within a country or area.

Working with their Country Manager/Regional VP, they will own the development and execution of all Marketing and Sales Development activity in their country or area. Specifically this includes leading all activities in Online, Marketing and Channel Development.

Additionally, there is both direct and indirect responsibility for sales execution (Inside Sales and Field Sales respectively) and for ensuring all sales processes are being executed in the most efficient way.

Most importantly, the Commercial Director is directly responsible for ensuring key sales and marketing performance metrics are being achieved - these will range from general metrics (Regus awareness, volume of touch points, customer/membership growth etc) to more specific metrics (sales volumes by product line, conversion rates, ROI on activities etc).

Working in a matrix environment the Commercial Director will report to the Country Manager/Regional VP and have dotted lines into the Group's central Marketing and Sales functions to deliver set programs of work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.To work with the Country Manager/Regional VP to directly develop the overall Business Plan for their country or area

2.To directly take the lead on the implementation of certain activities contained in the Plan

3.To oversee the development and implementation of a series of Local Business Plans within their country or area, working closely with their Area Directors

4.To monitor and be responsible for key performance metrics on an ongoing basis

5.To directly and indirectly manage the Regus team within the country or area to ensure they are a competitive advantage
