Lobby Bar Waitress - 大堂吧服务员


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for serving cigar, food & beverage in Lobby Area in order to provide the service meets or exceeds guests’ expectations whilst adhering to service standards;
· Greets guest at the table promptly after their arrival and informs them of specials and promotional menu, makes suggestions and answers questions regarding food, beverages and service;
· Takes the orders from guests and deliver the orders as appropriate;
· Presents the check to the guests according to the outlet standards. Returns the copy of the closed check, credit card slip or change to the guests, as appropriate;

Sales restaurant food .


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Graduate or equivalent
· Minimum of 1 year's experience as a waiter/waitress in a 5 star hotel restaurant
· Basic knowledge all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service
· Customer service orientation
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good Spoken English
· Flexibility in the scheduling
