职位描述

Business Manager

Report to:
GM

Responsibilities:
1) Overall responsibility of business development for the related business; strategy establishment, and implement the strategies to the team
2) Takes the lead role of sales & project team in identifying and assessing business development projects in close collaboration with the operation team and others within Business Units.
3) Establish good relationship with ITW Global BU/Operations/Tech Centers
4) Provides Market intelligent in exploring and seeking the market attractiveness, elaborating the value chain by industry analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.
5) Develops and maintains a key account information system and coordinates implementation
6) Maintain a deep relation with key accounts, set up business model with key accounts
7) Negotiates customer contracts with key clients in national or regional market in accordance with overall company sales strategy
8) Collect the competitor's information, including the sample/price/cost/supply chain
9) Be the leader & owner of market (trend) analysis and competitor analysis in related business
10) Establishes and overview sales account quotas.
11) To collaborate with the operation team in order to achieve targets and assist to handle the product quality issues
12) Play the key role in the yearly price reduction negotiation
13) Support GM/BUM to be responsible for the overall operation including profitability, future development and growth of the business within the region BU.
14) Continuously explore new customers and untapped markets to expand the business.
15) Evaluates business opportunities and develops, recommends short & long-range business plans.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor Degree major in Mechanical, Marketing or the Auto related. MBA is a plus
2) Minimum 8 years of automobile parts sales working experience in a global environment company
3) Strong negotiation skills, with adaptability according to situation
4) Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Chinese) and communicates information on a timely basis
5) Self-directed, able to manage complex situations and issues and conditions with minimum supervision: good understanding and experience with engineering specifications
6) Demonstrated skills in project management, training, facilitation, negotiations, communications, analytical ability, and computer skills
7) Knowledge of statistical analysis, analytical problem solving, drawing reading, hands-on metrology experience
8) Have a good understanding of China marking of automobile parts sales
9) Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...), good presentation skill
10) Financial knowledge will be a plus
11) strong leadership and management experience/potentials
12) Operational knowledge will be a plus
