Customer Service Representative:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
? Document management including contracts, agreements, purchasing order, drawing / specification, etc.
? Coordinate with suppliers and IPP USA on order production and shipping status.
? Being key user of a computerized purchasing system, responsible for inputting data and producing various reports as required.
? Being the first contact IPP staff during absence and business trip of the team members, record and forward phone message in logical and efficient manner.
? Other administration work in the Sourcing Department.
? Coordinate and organize business trips inland and abroad (travel application, hotel, flight, car, meeting room booking and travel expense claim, etc).
? Coordinate and organize the meetings, conferences and seminars
DESIRED EDUCATION / TRAINING / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
? Experience in logistics and order tracking
? Experience with Customs process
? Excellent documentation experience.
? Fluent English in written and spoken.
? Experience with logistics / shipping will be a plus.
? Good telephone manner, previous clerical experience and good Excel skills.
? Good team player, being able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, be organized and detail conscious.
? Good communicator and relationship builder.
? Experience of working with foreign clients will be a plus.
