SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
? Updating production plan, inventory plan and customer lead time (backlog) plan.
? Translating Sales Orders to Production Plan / Schedule.
? Being key user of an ERP system (when it is implemented), responsible for inputting data and producing various reports as required.
? Forecast management.
? Inter Co monthly order/sales/backlog forecast.
? Provide professional scheduling methodologies to ensure efficient production flow, minimize idle time to ensure JIT delivery can be achieved.
? Lead the daily production meeting and work closely with the production team to ensure plans are met and on schedule.
? Production team KPI tracking, monitoring and ways of improvement
? Support and coordinate the following functions in company: Production Managers, Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing Officers, Customer Services Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisors
? S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning)

DESIRED EDUCATION / TRAINING / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
? Excellent documentation experience.
? Fluent English in written and spoken.
? Have a Customer First mentality.
? Familiar with statistical forecasting tool/methodology
? An effective project coordinator with a sense of urgency.
? S&OP knowledge and hands-on experience
? Experience with logistics / shipping will be a plus.
? Knowledge & experience of using ERP software (Oracle, SAP...)
? Good team player, being able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, be organized and detail conscious.
? Good communicator, relationship builder and problem solver.
