Quality Manager

Report to:
Operation Manager

Responsibilities:
1) Manage the resources in quality team, overall lead and coordinate quality engineering team and quality assurance team
2) Responsible for
3) Be a leader of monthly QOS meeting, collect and present related information to management team
4) Supervising the customer complaints handling, when necessary dealing with the customer complains directly
5) Supervising the quality control processes in supplier's plant and in-house
6) Overlook the quality system in plant, e.g., QS9000/VDA6.1/TS16949/ISO14001
7) Be the responsible person for customer audit
8) Keep good relationship with customer and supplier with no compromise in quality level of purchased materials/parts and shipped parts to customer
9) Improve the knowledge of the organization in terms of best practice in Quality Systems.
10) Collect information for lesson learned, and conduct continuous improvement programs
11) Other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor Degree or above in polymer material, molding tool design, mechanical automation, or automotive engineering
2) Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
3) Excellent MS-Office knowledge
4) Must be a team worker and team leader
5) At least 8 yrs. working experiences in Automotive Industry.
6) Familiar with QS9000/VDA6.1/TS16949/ISO14001system ; with internal auditor certification
7) Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D, DOE
8) Good communication skills
9) Experience in Tier 1 Supplier in automotive industry is a must
10) Experience of supplying international OEMs like VW, GM, Nissan, Toyota, etc. is preferred
11) Familiar with injection molding, and/or engine cooling system, automotive filtration system is a plus
12) Willingness to work as part of a team to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast growing environment.
