Nature and Scope of Job Duties:
1.Ensure all measurements and itemizations of works are carried out accurately in accordance with the respective method of measurement and records of such are kept and maintained properly.
2.Ensure valuation of variations and additional works are carried out and agreed timely and properly.
3.Ensure no loss in income by preparing accurately and agreeing promptly the payments with the clients, consultants and subcontractors.
4.Assist supervisor in preparing and compiling records for claim submissions.
5.Contribute to effective financial control of the project(s) by:
a.Assisting the project team in establishing/monitoring the forecast;
b.Providing information on cost and forecast in respect of project revenue and expenditure;
c.preparing monthly financial report timely.
6.Assist in preparation of sub-letting documents and cost analysis.
7.Ensure proper records and measurements are kept for the sub-contract works and that subcontractors' payments are paid according to their proper entitlement.
8.Ensure all assigned responsibilities relating to quality are carried out in accordance with the Company quality procedures.
9.Assist to provide training and guidance for sub-ordinates.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Education:Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building & Technology Management / Construction Engineering Management or equivalent / Professional Diploma in Surveying (Quantity) Construction Engineering Management or equivalent / Professional Diploma in Surveying (Quantity)
2. Professional Qualification:Possession of relevant professional membership preferable
3. Experience:At least 3-5 years post graduate experience.
4. Skills:Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5. Others:Good command of spoken & written English; good at use of computer.
*Working place: ShenZhen (Shenzhen work one year after turn group headquarters project)

*获得屋宇署发出下列类别承建商的牌照
*注册一般承建商，地盘平整及基础工程
*认可为港铁公司的承建商
*在阿拉伯联合酋长国取得一级的工程承建商（无上限）专门从事海上建造工程
