Job Description 

• To drive design in and product promotional activities. 推动产品在客户端的设计以及市场推广；
  Provide technical advice/Cross references and assistance to the customer. 能够为客户提供一定的技术支持（替换设计等）；
  Establish new customer development in the territory.新客户的开发；
  Constantly distribute and promote existing products.持续分销和推广现有产品；
  Follow up closely on sales enquires and quotation submission. 跟踪客户的询价并且提供及时的报价；
  Meeting target actions being set forth.达成公司设置的考核指标；
  Servicing existing customer.为现有客户提供服务；
  Continuously identifying, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customer to achieving continuous growth and increase market share. 持续寻找、开发及拓展新的业务机会，从而实现销售的持续增长和公司产品的市场占有率。

Requirement 

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent. 电子工程相关专业本科/大专学历，或同等学历者；
• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience as an technical salesman. 至少两年以上的技术销售经验；
• Experience in electronics design circuit and PCB layout. 有电路设计或PCB设计经验优先；
• Experience in EMC/inductors passive components is an added advantage. 有电磁兼容/电感无源元件方面经验的优先。
• With proven track record in ability of performing design in supports to customers in the region.  有成功的客户端设计推广经验；
• Must posses strong leadership skill,self motivated,result-oriented person. 有较强的领导力、积极性及结果导向性；
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills. 具备优秀的口头和书面的沟通和表达能力；
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin. 熟练掌握普通话和英语。
