Job Overview

Manages controlling operations, i.e. budgeting, analyzing, forecasting and reporting of financial results, supports accountable management for an assigned business organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

•  Ensures coherence with superior controlling standards, policies and procedures, distribute to units’ owners as well as monitor respective processes be adopt well.
•  Ensures planning, monitoring and reviews of unit`s budget, and provides and comments Actual vs. Plan reports
•  Monitors financial performance, provides scorecard analyzes, and prepares and comments respective performance reporting and forecasts.
•  Ensures proper revenue and cost controlling, and design and maintenance of underlying cost account systems.
•  Analyzes, prepares, approves and reviews units′ investments and expenditures, and present respective reporting in regular management committee.
•  Oversees the day-to-day controlling and financial analysis operations and continuously to provide proper advisory to management level.

Qualifications

•  Bachelor degree of finance and accounting subject or equivalent.
•  Minimum 5-year financial working experience.
•  Knowledge about ERP software, SAP system is preferable.
•  Good communication skill and teamwork behavior.
•  Fluent English both in Spoken and Written.
•  Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, honest, quick learner, ability of working independently.
