Job responsibility

1. Material planning to meet production requirement and inventory goals.

2. Supplier management to meet our delivery and quality requirements.

3. Planning parameters maintenance for materials  in SAP for material master and PO,SA etc.

4. Planner Order analysis and Purchase Requisition creation ,Material purchasing and follow up.

5. Creation of purchase orders based on a planner’s demand forecast and requisitions.

6. ABC analyst and maintain safety stock,supplier leadtime and MOQ.

7. Work together with Purchase, Production, and other companies to supply material for meeting various demand.

8. Issue purchase forecast,maintain APO and purchase order and follows up the delivery date to ensure. material procurement on time,Manage Past Due and overall P.O. maintenance. 　

9. Import &Export customs affairs, transportation and forwarder management, customs clearance& declaration process.

10. Response for KPI supplier on time delivery and stock coverage.　

11. Other works assigned by logistic manager.

1. Knowledge of international trade/transportation

2. Be familiar with SAP/ERPsystem

3. Knowledge of law related and ability of communication

4. Good team player and quick learner

5. University degree or above, major in   logistic, trade or English, at least five years working experience   in antomotive or manufacture
