职位描述
1. 负责根据零件加工工艺和产品图纸设计专用刀具；
2. 对专用刀具的试用检验判定，并提出改进措施；
3. 新刀具的试用，主要刀具使用磨损状况的统计，以便选用更好的刀具和设定刀具的使用寿命，降低刀具成本；
4. 进行调查研究，对现场的刀具进行改进，以提高产品质量和生产效率；
5. 指导现场操作人员对刀具的正确使用，对主要刀具每天磨损情况的复核；
6. 协助解决现场加工中出现的刀具问题 ；
7. 对工艺中的刀具选用提出合理的建议，以便使生产工艺的中刀具方案更合理；
8. 负责对刀具量产刀具的寿命及使用状态跟踪；
9. 为工具加工人员提供作业指导，培训工具室及生产线等相关员工。
10. 负责刀具新技术的探索和试验；
11. 负责客户变更的刀具变更管理；
12. 负责销售报价阶段刀具的初步选型和成本估算；
13. 参与项目阶段刀具的最终选型和刀具改进。
任职资格
?熟悉现代机械加工工艺（特别是加工中心等数控机床的机加工工艺）；
?熟练使用电脑，精通CAD/CAM等软件；
?有扎实的理论基础和技术工作经验，如金属切削工艺学 、制造工艺 、刀具材料及热处理、 数控技术方面知识；
?能独立解决产品使用相关问题；
?具备结合加工实际，独立刀具设计的能力；
?具备车，铣，钻，镗，铰，磨等刀具的设计开发经验；
?本科及其以上学历，8年以上相关工作经验；
?具备英语听说读写能力，可用于工作交流。
