1.与质量部的其他员工共同合作，定期向部门主管汇报；

2.负责整套的质量预先计划（VDA 4; APQP）；

3.负责制定监管检测计划（控制计划）；

4.负责制定首批样品检测报告(VDA 2; PPAP)

5.选择所有的测量及检测工具，包括计算机支持测量机器和密封检测设备；

6.选择统计学的测量及检测方法和相关硬件、软件；

7.为新项目计划全面的测量及检测大纲；

8.协助制定监管和改进用于坐标-及其他测量机器的测量程序；

9.进行机器能力测试；

10.进行工序能力测试；

11.负责项目初期的的投诉处理；

12.系统地控制故障可能性及影响分析，并且协助生产准备文件汇编的产品故障可能性及影响分析；

13.从生产领域到检测及测量仪器包括不同的测量方法上的指导质检员；

14.准备并且进行再次评定检测；

15.协助质量策划高级工程师完成相关工作

任职资格：

· 机械、自动化、生产制造、设备维护等相关专业的本科以上学历；

· 至少5年以上相关行业质量管理经验；

· 较强英语听说读写能力，会德语者优先；

· 坐标测量技术的专业知识（无需编程知识）；

· 计算机制图和/或三维软件基础知识；

· 具备质量要求基本知识（ISOTS16949, APQP, SPC, FMEA, MSA und MFU）；

· 具备测量基本知识（测量-和检测方法及测量机器）；

· 较强学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能力
