Category Buyer is accountable for delivering high quality, value for money goods and services, for his/her designated area of responsibility and relevant projects.

1. Establishes contracts & other key supplier documents (NDAs, pricing agreements, specifications, certificates, SLAs etc. ) with key suppliers (High value & risk focus)

2. Maintain close relationships with key suppliers, set-up of common goals & scorecards and conduct annual business reviews

3. Continual optimization practices:  Competitive price, lower MOQs, lead time improvements, better payment terms etc.

4. Communicate with internal stakeholders to find the best solution for business.

5. Follow-up on purchase orders with vendors to ensure on-time-delivery

6. Develop alternative suppliers for key products when needed

7. Delivers annual cost saving targets.

Educational Background教育背景:

Bachelor degree or above, and mechanical or science & engineering background

Professional Experience工作经验

At least 5 years purchasing experience in a foreign company and Packaging purchasing is preferred

Have experience on supplier development

Strong supplier management background and relevant work experience.

Experience from a manufacturing environment

Ability Requirement能力要求
