As a Non-standard Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for ：
1.Learn and grasp the special requirement of different elevator code and WWJSSS；
2.Learn and grasp standard product；
3.Be familiar with factory & provider’s capability, know how to install elevator；
4.According customer’s special requirement, design the components；
5.Use Pro/E to do parameter design；
6.Analyze the key components’ dependability；
7.Check non-standard technical solution；
8.Support Authenticate for key components；
9.Follow up the design result and optimize it；
10.Analyze the root cause for feedback；
11.Transfer non-standard to standard；
12.Understand and analyze the problem with ACE tools (e.g. RRCA, QCPC)；
13.Technical support for sales and manufacturing.

1.CET4
2.Bachelor degree in Mechanical related major.
