岗位职责:

About The Role
This role is primarily responsible for the professional reconciliation of transactions passed over the Group’s Melbourne 161 NOSTRO Accounts in line with SLA requirements and The Group’s Suspense/Nostro Account Policy. The focus is to ensure high quality, prompt and efficient matching of time critical transactions on TLM system. In addition, raise timely and cost effective investigation, actioning enquiries to enable clearance of outstanding transactions. Some of the transactions reconciled are of high value thus exposing the Group to significant risk.
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness to customer/Bank Transactions are performed accurately the first time around and eliminating the requirement for rework.
- Daily follow-ups and escalation on aged items to STM-Team Leader-Manager.
- Timely escalation on abnormal items to the Manager.
- RAF training
- Self-development using in house training or completing E’Train courses
- Record Management –all records kept and easily accessible.
- Daily sorting and distributing internal mail
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, quality in process delivery, customer focus and implement process improvements either at own instigation or under recommendation from Quality/Compliance area.


About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

- Computer knowledge and skills, and familiarity with applications, MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Communication skills (written and Verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Desire education/graduate in finance
