职位描述
Main Missions of the Position
ISO system management:
- Work closely with Corp. (Division) Quality & EHS to maintain and develop Linxens GZ factory QMS & EMS system effectively as well as continuous improvement.
- Dominate the complete plant internal audit plan and subsequent (host audit from customer and external agencies, like ISO audit, CQM audit with completing part of the responsibility of the factory, as GZ CQM Compliance information contact window to Linxens CQM Primary Contact window)
- Follow up (including coordination) reply improvement plans and complete all improvement actions. Incoming & supplier control:
- Define the management for A class materials & Supplier claim handling, participate in supplier quality assessment and management.
In-process & out-going quality control:
- Ensure the effective execution of the quality control plan and results analysis. Make sure quality system operates effectively.
- Heading PIR analysis and handling by PDCA to decide CAPA, termly review CAPA implementation and effectiveness.
- Determine internal quality improvement project, Leading, promoting and achieving project quality objectives.
- Nonconformity (blocked stock) and RAM product analysis and handling.
Customer relations:
Support and finish customer claim handling and follow up, keep on time needed internal and external communication (documentation).
Reporting:
Ensure that quality department reporting is accurate, up-to-date and submitted on time. Keep informed and take proactive approach to legislated matters, ensure compliance and advise changes.
Requirements
1. Capacity for QMS/EMS set-up / optimization / carry forward / implement.
2. Capability to continuously improve quality/environment management system.
3. Familiar with MS Office operating software, good experience as ERP/SAP user.
4. Familiar with APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC and other abilities.
5. Good in English
