Major Responsibility

1.     Provide Environment Health & Safety guidance and compliance support to site management team to ensure compliance with regulatory with ISO14000, ISO18000 and CNNC reequipment .

2.     Evaluate facility EHS conditions, assess risks and develop appropriate corrective-action plans and budgets to address deficiencies in comparison to regulations and client internal policy/protocol.

3.     Keep management apprised of progress and significant developments on key projects.

4.     Assist site management in executing Environmental, Health & Safety priorities, metrics, goals and requirements

5.     Support efforts to analyze and communicate performance against expectations, provide feedback, establish and track required actions to improve performance.

6.     Using EHS digital tools, conduct data mining to identify EHS program trends and develop corrective and preventative actions.

7.     Assist in responding to significant incidents and government requests/notices. As a contact window with TianJin local governments and parent company. Coordinate the audits from EHS bureaus of government.

8.     Interface with environmental, health and safety regulatory agencies as needed

9.     Provide leadership, support and training to build technical, management and leadership skills of site leadership team in EHS

10.  TianJin site Radiation safety regular management, dose meter management, bunker management and occupation physic check including service and manufacturing.

11.  Overall management of facility activities and facility budgets.

 

Qualifications

1.     Bachelor degree in Engineering or related majors, master’s degree preferred.

2.     Minimum 10 years’ experience in EHS and Facility area in manufacturing company.

3.     Internal auditor of ISO45001, ISO14000, ISO18000, OSHA is preferred.

4.     Medical device experience is a plus.

5.     Radiation Industry experience is preferred.

6.     Good communication skills in oral and written English;

7.     Independent, active, self-motivated;

8.     Team work is the prerequisite.
