Job Description
Warehouse Management

• Ensure daily operation smooth
• Ensure all KPI are achieved
• Warehouse layout improvement
• Training both for warehouse staff and customer service

Productivity Management

• The tracking and management of productivity targets for all warehouse processes

Learn Development and Continuous Improvement as company standard
Warehouse Financial Management and Reporting

• Working with Contract Logistics Manager to achieve year on year efficiencies and cost reductions within thewarehouse and ensuring cost reduction targets are achieved in addition to creating an environment of ongoing cost reduction opportunities
• Financial monthly closing in FSL system

People Management

• To oversee a team of approximately 10 people via a hands on approach to Warehouse Management. The results of this will be a motivated and engaged team delivering leading levels of productivity, 5S and location management
• Ensure implementation of company and QSHE standards
• Keep up good relationship with customer

Requirements

• College degree above
• 5 years warehouse management experience in 3PL
• Proactive personality and interactive skills
• Customer oriented
• Conversant with main MS software applications
• Familiar with operating a WMS system
• Effective verbal,written and interpersonal communications skills at a management level
