职位描述
1.To put the employee first in our delivery of excellent customer service at all
times
2.To undertake the administration of HR processes and procedures, ensuring all
administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to
employees and Managers.
3.Act as the first point of receipt and triage within SLA of service requests
(emails and forms) to HR Shared Services, ensuring that where possible
requests are resolved at first review and if not then assigned to the appropriate
team to support the customer / activity.
4.Administrative & Service Center tasks include but are not limited to:
1)Answer and respond to incoming phone calls, web chat, case management and
emails in adherence with myHR protocol and service standards
2)Assists employees and managers in all stages of the employee life cycle
(onboarding, job changes, retirement, etc.), and able to provide reference to
various company policies and procedures regarding a variety of situations.
3)Serve as a first contact to answer employee questions about company
correspondence and clarify any company communications and policies
4)Prepare ad hoc mail merges as required by the business
5)The preparation and submission of employment references
6)Managing and maintaining accurate employee records (electronic & paper
based).
7)Administration of the absence and leave proces
8)Administration of new starter materials
5.Participate in HR projects as part of the Otis business calendar and ad-hoc in
relation to business requirements.
6.Ensuring personal completion of helpdesk tasks within KPI timescales.
7.To carry out and undertake any relevant training deemed necessary.
8.Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
9.Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety
procedures.
10.Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer
(ECO)
11.Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives
including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk
Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), and Achieving Competitive Excellence
(ACE).
1.Full-time graduates with bachelor's degree or above
2.Major in Human Resources or Business Management
3.Excellent communicaiton skill both in Chinese and Japanese
4.Be proactive and accountable, adapt to change, an innovator
5.A good team player with flexibility, passionate to learn
