Brand Experience Tour Guide

This role is to be responsible for guiding the visitors of the center  to join a unique brand  experience

journey, providing the professional introduction of Volvo Cars heritage, brand story, technology and

manufacture highlight, so as to lead the visitors to take away the spirit behind all of our efforts.

？  Primary Responsibility

l  Guild the visit tour in Brand Experience Center& Factory, providing professional introduction of Volvo Cars heritage, brand story, technology and manufacture highlights etc.

l  Being a trainer of brand story for internal or external events, program.

l  Collect visitor feedback and be part of the member for the visiting script development,

execution process continually improvement .

l  Support  for event coordination and execution.

l  Other daily operation tasks assigned by site manager.

？  Job qualification

l  College degree or above, 5 years as the professional trainer, lecturers of museums

tourist attractions background or the relevant working experience is preferred.

l  The knowledge of automobile brand, or being familiar with the production line is preferred

l  Good presentation skill in Mandarin Chinese and English

l  Being kind and patient, good service awareness

l  Based in Chengdu

l  Good at photo taking is a plus
