质量工程师

Function as the voice of the customer regarding quality issues and to represent the company to the customer.
Develop and maintain the quality engineering databases.
Develop, revise, and maintain Quality documentation as necessary.
Facilitate and participate in the Continuous Improvement efforts utilizing Quality Tools.
Facilitate and participate in the Corrective Action process, the MRB (Material Review Board) process, the First Article process, Part Certification process, and the Business System Auditing process.
Drive Advanced Quality Planning for New Products and conduct/ direct Measurement Systems Analysis, as required.
Assist Departments with Quality System and Product Quality related issues and coordinate the Quality effort.
Conduct failure analysis of components in production or returned by the customer as required.
Create reports for internal and external distribution.
Analyze manufacturing data and facilitate problem-solving teams when needed.
Develop working relationships with assigned customers and team members.
Drive and identify critical process/parameter to define control plan to manage process stability
Manage & follow up internal & external audit
