Objective / 工作目标

Be responsible for recruitment and selection, HR information and records maintenance, HR policies formulation, employee services, labor regulations compliance, as well as any other personnel related services for employee. To maintain positive relationships with internal and external relevant departments and parties.

Duties and Responsibilities / 义务与责任

--Responsible for the whole recruitment process including job posting, liaison with recruitment agencies, screening CVs and short-listing of candidates, interviewing candidates for the open positions.

--Track the interview process and work together with line managers to make recruitment decision.

--Support on optimizing the standard recruiting process.

--New Hire formalities & Exit interview: Handling the signing process of labor contract with new staff and ensuring proper handling of exit interview of departing employees in accordance with the employee new hire and exit processes.

--Take charge of maintenance of staff information, monthly HR reports and conduct analysis based on the reports.

--Build the effective talent assessment tools to evaluate the original staff or candidates.

--Set up the external talent pool and maintain it to make sure the information is up to date.

--To perform other related duties as required.

Qualification Guidelines / 资质要求

Minimum Education Requirements / 最低学历要求：

Bachelor degree in relevant discipline

Minimum Experience Requirements / 最低经验要求：

At least five years relevant HR working experiences and three years recruiting experience in the manufactory.

Essential Skills / 必备技能：

--Have a good understanding of PRC laws and regulations

--Strong communication skill, familiar with different culture

--Good English and computer skills

Specific Requirements / 特殊要求：

Strong teamwork spirit, open minded, customer orientated
