职位描述：

• 负责项目筹建、落地等工作；支持项目前期调研及准入准备等工作；

• 开展科室日常运营具体事项，包括采购管理、行政管理、人员考评与培训发展、运营数据分析及管理等；

• 负责科室病人的招募与管理，包括病人流管理，病人家访，病人满意度调查，病人诊疗效果追踪等；组织病人关爱以及教育活动，如肾友会活动策划，准备，沟通与协调等；

• 负责协调各方制订区域运营计划，包含市场投入、年度预算、人员配置、设备管理等，推动并确保计划达成；

• 负责对外沟通，包括政府部门、行业KOL及医患沟通等；

• 负责肾内科科室创新医疗模式的探索与执行, 如数字化医疗、远程问诊等；

• 负责第三方合作伙伴关系与有效沟通管理；

• 开展协调总部以及其他跨部门职能部门的沟通工作；

• 其他需要的职责。

Job Description:

• Responsible for set-up preparation, project implementation, etc.; support in market research and market access, etc.;

• Manage daily operations, including procurement, admin. management, training & development planning, operational data management and analysis, etc.

• Lead patient recruitment and management processes, e.g. patient flow management, patient visit, patient satisfaction survey, therapy effectiveness tracking, etc.; organize patient care activities and patient education series, e.g., patient care activities plan, preparation, communication and coordination, etc.

• Coordinate/Conduct the regional operations plan including expenditures/budgeting, talent deployment, facilities management etc., and secure the achievement

• Manage external communication, including government, KOL and patient, etc.

• Explore innovative operation model and execution for Nephrology business e.g., digital healthcare, remote consultation, etc.

• Manage relationship and maintain effective communication with third-party partners

• Conduct/coordinate cross-functional communication and alignment

• Other duties as required.

任职要求：

必备条件：

• 医药学、生物学、管理学类、金融学类相关专业本科及以上学历

• 8年以上医疗机构运营管理及相关工作经验（包含筹建、经营等）

• 了解多种医院运营模式以及了解肾内科日常运营与管理

• 高度成熟的沟通协调能力以及团队合作精神

• 拥有以病人为中心的服务意识

• 基础的英文听说读写能力

• 愿意省内出差

优先考虑：

• 熟悉肾内科相关业务者

• 熟悉现代医疗管理政策和制度，熟悉招商类、医疗政策法规和医疗业务管理者优先

• 海外留学背景或工作经验

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Medical, pharmaceutical, biochemical-related, finance or management related bachelor’s degree or above

• Over 8 years relevant experiences in medical institution operations/management (Including set-up preparation, operation, market access etc.)

• Familiar with multiple hospital operation model, as well as daily operation and management for Nephrology Department

• Excellent interpersonal skills and highly efficient team player

• Customer/patient centric service mindset

• Basic English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking)

• Willingness to conduct regular inter-provincial travel.

Highly Preferred:

• Familiar with Nephrology practices and Renal business

• Familiar with modern medical institution policy and regulations, with medical institution operational experience

• Overseas study/work experience
