·           Contact with government for EHS relative content to ensure all operations in the plant comply with the laws and regulations.

·           Focus on proactive safety management by implementing procedures to identify potential injury trends or issues.

·           Manage the disposal, storage and treatment of hazardous waste to reduce potential risk.

·           Coordinate & organize the special equipment inspection and the special equipment operators’ training.

·           Conduct new project or extended project EHS pre-assessment; make sure it meets corporate EHS requirement and local regulation requirement.

进行新项目或扩建项目的环境、职业健康安全预评估，确保符合集团总部环境、职业健康安全要求和当地法规要求

·           Maintain contractor management.

·           Provides required training at all levels and activities.

为各级员工和活动提供必要的培训。

·           Conduct incident investigations to determine root cause and proactive solutions, to ensure they meet corporate policies and local regulations for corrective actions.

进行事故调查，以确定根本原因和主动解决方案，确保它们符合公司政策和当地整改措施法规要求。

·           Arrange occupational hazards monitoring and evaluation, occupational health examination and management of occupational health examination files.

组织职业病危害监测评价、职业健康检查和职业健康检查档案管理。

·           Conduct necessary EHS monitoring (air emission, waste water, noise, etc.).

·           Implement the behavioral safety observation & EHS inspection process within company and follow up action plan.

·           Arrange preparation for corporate and customer EHS audit and follow up action plans.

·           Conduct inspection and maintenance of emergency facilities, including fire fighting & first aid equipment, etc.

职位要求：

·           Bachelor’s degree in safety, environment or equivalent.

安全、环境或相当的学士学历

·           Three years or more related EHS experience in manufacturing industry

·           3年及以上制造企业EHS工作经验

·           With the certificate of Building Firefighter and Registered Safety Engineer is preferred

具有建构筑物消防员证书及注册安全工程师者优先考虑

·           Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint office software

熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint办公软件；

·           Basic English reading & writing ability

具备基本的英语读写能力

·           Good communication skill and teamwork spirit, striving to self-improvement.
