职位描述
一、任职要求：
1、人力资源管理或相关专业，大学本科及以上学历；
2、有两年以上相关工作经验，有大型企业工作经验者优先；
3、优秀的沟通能力、具备组织较大规模的员工活动的能力；
4、为人正直、热情、成熟；

二、主要职责：
1、负责计划与组织每月举行的新员工入职培训；
2、组织操作工的认证培训并跟进认证率；
3、特殊工种的培训管理；
4、组织和协调外部培训并对培训合同进行管理；
5、评估培训课程效果并向直属主管汇报；
6、对培训记录、培训文件进行管理；
7、培训室及培训设备的管理。
