Helpdesk Technician I

Job Description:

? Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, web-submit

? Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems

? Respond to end-user problems based on standard procedures

? Record and document all incident activity appropriately using the selected Incident management system

? Must correctly track incidents and calls, including but not limited to entering data into the database timely and accurately.

? Monitor request/incident management queues

? Provide security administration.

Job Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree/Vocational in IT-related courses is a plus

? Above 1 year IT support experience

? Proficiency in oral and written Mandarin communication

? Be good at English reading and writing.

? Must display good customer service and problem solving skills

? Must consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria

? Familiarity/good working knowledge in PC Hardware / Software Troubleshooting

? Prior Software Application support (e.g. Outlook, SAP, Ariba etc.) experience is a plus
