天津百特医疗用品有限公司于1995年成立，占地面积19,127平米。2015年7月1日正式由中美合资企业变更为美国独资企业，投资总额19,932万美元，注册资本6,644万美元。目前主要产品是腹膜透析液。

Specific Responsibilities 具体工作职责

• Manage project, ensure the project cost, time and quality is met Baxter standard and customer requirement;
  负责项目日常管理工作，保证项目执行的成本，时间和质量符合百特标准和客户要求。

• Manage the contractors; ensure their behavior is complied with Baxter standard, especially the EHS and GMP.
  外部供应商管理，保证他们符合百特管理规范，尤其是EHS和GMP相关要求。

• Observe and monitor behavior, provide feedback for at risk behavior and reinforce safe behaviors in order to prevent accidents.
  遵守和约束自己的行为举止,对危险行为作出反馈, 加强安全行为,避免事故发生。

• Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS laws and requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities, which endanger the environment or people.
  接受相应的EHS 培训,报告不符合EHS法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为。

• Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to this position.
  理解并执行百特公司EHS对该职位的相关政策。

• In charge of coordinating all project-wide training.
  负责项目内部的培训协调工作。

• Other works appointed by Project Manager.
  完成项目经理安排的其他工作

1. Requirements 职位要求

• Collage or above in Electrical, auto control or relative.

  大专（含）以上学历，机电、自动化或相关专业。

• 3+ years working experience in equipment maintenance related.

  三年以上的设备维护相关工作经验。

• Good English written and spoken capability is required.

  必备的英文书写及沟通能力。

• Familiarity with designing, reading both mechanical and electrical drawing.

  有一定的设计和读图能力（包括机械图、电路图）。

• Be honest, independent, careful and sureness.

  为人诚实、独立性强，工作仔细、认真、踏实。
