General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
Ocean import daily shipment operation 负责日常的进口货物操作
Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
l Check the arrival documents and send the pre-alert to consignee timely 核对到货单据信息并且及时发预报给收货人
l Shipment tracking, alter consignee/overseas for none picked up shipment 货物跟进，反馈收货人/国外同事未提货的单号
l Contact clients for detail declared information. 联系客户获取货物清关相关信息
l Prepare the declaration documents and hand over to broker. 协助客户与报关行准备清关单据
l Follow up with Brokers during whole clearance procedure. 在整个报关过程中， 负责报关行的跟进
l Report the declaration status daily. 将清关的日程状态反馈国外或者客户
l Recorder the returned documents daily. 记录日常退单
l Input CW1 with high quality accordingly to SOP 根据SOP， 进行高质的系统录入
l Collection of payment from client duly 运费的催收
l To have professional communication with overseas office/agent and consignee if any service issues to achieve utmost customer satisfaction 与国外同事或者客户的专业交流， 尽量满足客户的需要， 让客户满意我们的服务
l Back up for other team members during their absence and annual leave 组内同事的年假或缺勤时的后援
l Any other task assigned by supervisor 主管安排的其他工作
