Description:
Job Description(工作职责)

* Performs data entry and inventory verification according to established procedures.

根据公司程序输入数据, 确认库存
*Directs the physical inventory operation on the back of a the company system.
在电脑系统帮助下，进行实物库存的盘点

*Inputs information in the database to reflect the physical operation movements
根据实物操作，将信息输入数据库

*Issues operation documents through the database

从数据库中准备相关操作文件
*Verifies input data to ensure data integrity reaches consistently 100%

保证输入信息的准确性，确保系统数据与实物库存100%相符
*Take part in the cycle counting
参与盘点，确保库存100%正确

* Monitors and support the physical warehouse movement on the back of the database
在系统数据的帮助下，监督并协助实物操作

*Ensures strict confidentiality of client records
对客户的记录严格保密

*Manage the filing of the documents

操作文件正确归档。
*Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
完成主管安排的其它相关工作

Requirements(任职要求)

*Minimum command of oral and written English

*Conversant with main MS software applications

Experience:
Experience in a similar position an advantage.
