Job description:

• Customer Care 40%

- Independent, high-quality, customer-oriented consulting and support of customers in all matters (Appropriate technical consulting, product selection and product configuration, as well as product design).

- Negotiate offers/orders within the general rebate guidelines or customer agreements.

• Offer and Order management 15%

- Generate offers and commercial processing of sales receipts/orders in SAP.

• Controlling 40%

- Through regular controlling of customer turnovers, order intake and offers trends are recognized in a timely fashion and required actions are coordinated with the sales management.

- An active offer follow up to ensure a timely adaption of offers where necessary and to increase hit rate.

- Living follow up on orders execution through SAP. Coordinate with headquarter and other functions to ensure the order fulfillment/delivery.

- Through tight coordination with Sales Market Development necessary activities are started and implemented.

- The offer and order execution as well as all other customer related processes are permanently improved.

• Planning 5%

- During sales and marketing planning CC contributes suggestions to maintain and increase market share.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor degree & Major in engineering or related

-3~4 years at least in customer service or internal sales/ technical support

-Have the experience of import/export and logistics

-Fluent in English

-Have the experience of product engineering or leading people and projects is preferred
