Functional area / 职责：

1. Responsible for the sales of construction products (Including support & hangers systems, anchor bolt systems, construction parts, glue and other core products) 负责建筑类产品（包括支架产品、锚栓、建筑件和胶类等核心产品）的销售；
2. Promote products via visiting designing institutes, architects and government agencies to reach the technical standards, follow up with the construction projects in the responsible areas and visit customers regularly 通过拜访设计院、建筑师和政府机构进行产品推广，达成技术设定，跟进所负责区域的工程项目并定期拜访客户；
3. Prepare technical files for key industrial projects, draw blueprints and make quotations 重点行业项目制定技术文件，绘制图纸及方案报价等；
4. Develop the designing institutes of key industries in the area and maintain a good relationship 区域内重点工业行业设计院的开发，建立并维护良好的合作关系；
5. Responsible for the on-site technical trainings and customer service for company projects 负责公司项目的现场技术培训和客户服务等工作；
6. Collect market information of construction projects proactively, organize and maintain technical materials, manuals, competitor information, industrial criteria, regulation and so on 积极地收集工程项目市场信息 ，完整和系统地组织和维护技术资料、手册文件以及竞争信息、行业的审批标准和规定等信息；
7. Help drafting the bidding scheme for projects and analyzing products 参与项目投标方案撰写、项目产品测试等工作；
8. Follow up and support the technical problems arised during the project maintenance phase 对项目维护阶段出现的技术问题进行跟踪支持；
9. Other works assigned by company 公司分派的其他工作。

Requirements / 任职要求：

1. College degree and above, major in Civil Engineering, HVAC, Construction or other related fields are preferred 大专及以上学历，土建、暖通、建筑等相关专业毕业；
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in related industry; Working experience in Design Institute or steel structure design company is preferred 三年以上工作经验，有在设计院、钢结构设计公司工作经验者优先；
3. Have quick wits, courage to develop, strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills 头脑灵活，勇于开拓，责任心强，沟通能力强；
4. Able to work with high efficiency and team-spirit 工作有效率和团队合作精神；
5. Strong problem solving ability 较强的问题解决能力；
6. Be able to work under pressure 能在压力下工作；
7. Target driven 以目标为行动导向。
