岗位主要职责（或工作内容）：

Position responsibilities：

1. 处理内外部客户的订单。

Receiving and handle the orders from customers including both external and internal.接

2. 24小时内回复客户相关订单处理情况。

Handle order confirmation within 24 hours to customers.

3. 在Navision系统里创建销售订单。

Create OC in Navision with proper information such as delivery date.

4. 协助销售团队做好客户服务工作。

Customer management with coordination of sales team.

5. 负责订单发货、物料收货和库存控制的计划。

Handle planning of delivery\parts receiving and inventory control.

6. 负责采购工作，确保物料及时供应。

Handle vendor purchase orders to insure parts supply in right time with proper quantity.

7. 在Navision系统里创建采购订单并发送给合适的供应商。

Create purchase order in Navision and send to right suppliers.

8. 每天跟踪采购订单状况，特别是迟交订单的更新。

Follow up on the confirmation and overdue deliveries daily.

9. 更新系统交货时间。

Maintain delivery dates in Navision.

10. 和供应商一起不断缩短供货时间，根据销售预测制定库存计划。

Working with suppliers to reduce lead time by understanding bottlenecks for the components and making stock plan according to demand forecast.

11. 协助质量、财务处理供应商质量问题。

Working with Finance and quality to resolve conflicts with suppliers for payment\quality issue and so on.

12. 其它任务。

Other tasks issued by management team.

岗位要求：

job requirement：

1.有1年以上相关工作经验，大学毕业。

College (including) above, more than 1 year relevant work experience.

2.有SAP\Navision等相关ERP使用经验优先。

Candidate using SAP or Navision ERP is the best.
