职位描述
职责描述:
1. Participate to plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support company business strategies;
2. Take on total customer account management, including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery, order handling and payment to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability;
3. Visit customers to understand their development needs, strengthen customer relations and to develop business;
4. To develop new market and business in North China, and acquires new customers efficiently and effectively;
5. Analyses and acts on market and competitor intelligence to implement the most relevant sales activities;
6. Manage A/R, understand their capital and held stock status, discover the risk in time and provide valued suggestion to line manager;
7. Keep good communication with related departments, handle customer complaint responsively to ensure to be closed satisfactorily;
8. Actively explore new sales opportunities to continuously broaden the business platform.
9. Keep the close communication with domestic/foreign colleagues to provide value-added service to accounts;
10. Manage good and long-term relationship with key accounts, proactively contributing to the relationship of win-win;
11. Review services provided for customers, identify and implement improvement actions to ensure customer satisfaction;
任职要求:
1. Responsibility of regional sales experience is mandatory, clear performance of management work shall be detected.
2. Good marketing and sales planning skills in a territory view.
3. High accountability level to shareholder, customers and society.
4. Product and market knowledge of Mechanical parts, Servo motor, Pillar and Actuation system. Electrical cylinder selling experience will be a plus;
5. Successful OEM development background will be highly preferred.
6. Good understanding of value proposition equipped with value selling mindset.
核心希望:5年以上医疗器械机械行业销售经验,英语熟练。有团队经验,有电动推杆产品及医疗器械产品机械件销售经验优先!
公司产品:驱动器产品、电动推杆、马达电机、直线模组等产品。产品主要用于医疗器械(医疗床、电动椅配套产品)、工业自动化行业。
