Mission:

For CV (Electric and Hybrid Drives Business for Commercial Vehicles) business in Tianjin, looking for a senior project manager for motor development projects.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Responsible as Project Manager for new development of motors for electric and hybrid vehicles according to CV PLM processes.
2. Responsible for the project execution and delivery, incl. milestones, time schedule, its controlling and the change management.
3. Track the planning cycle from front to end: setting project goals, analyzing stakeholders, breaking work down into packages, and drafting network, resource and cost plans.
4. Plan Control and coach all internal interfaces (R&D, engineering, SCM, testing, factories, involved regional companies and service organization)
5. Active participation in our continuous improvement process, own improvement ideas are always welcome

What do I need to quality for this job?

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or a comparable education
2. 8 years’ experience in development or electrical product such as motor, inverter, electrical apparatus etc.
3. experience of project management for new product development or localization, successfully launch product to market.
4. Being a leader for project and collaboration with international teams
5. Advanced skill in negotiation, risk, claim, contract management, social and leadership.
