Responsibility 职责
The position is responsible for administrating and supervising all warehouse operations, including the receiving and dispatching and storage of material and finished products in different warehouses. The warehouse supervisor is responsible for coordinating warehouse with production, quality control and maintenance. Also
responsible for department-wide training coordination.此职位负责管理和监督仓库所有运作. 包括在不同的仓库中物料和成品的接受,发放及存储.同时负责协调仓库与生产, 质量控制和设备维护等部门之间的工作。同时负责部门内部培训协调工作。

6.0 Specific Responsibilities 具体工作职责
- Administrate the warehouse of finished products and material. Supervises, coordinates and control all activities in warehouse, be sure materials consistent with account. Supervises, coordinates and controls the warehouse operations.
Submit relevant report for logistic process regular.管理成品和原物料仓库。 监督、协调和控制仓库运作，确保账、物相符，定期提交相关报告。
- Optimizes the use of the physical space in the warehouse as well as in containers. Keep the low cost in inventory and distributing, provide good service as requirement of production and sales in time.优化利用仓库和周转箱的储存空间。 保持低成本库存和配货，及时准确地按照生产和销售需求发货。

- By supervises, coordinates and management regular for warehouse outside and forwarders to reduce the cost.按照供应商管理要求定期对外租仓库和运输商进行监督,协调和管理，降低运营费用。

- Using the computer system to manage the finished products receiving and dispatching the raw materials, controlling the quantity of inventory as same as system, closing account accurately in the end of monthly and yearly.利用计算机系统管理成品接受和原材料发放, 控制库存数量,在月末和年底准确结帐。

- Observe and monitor behavior, provide feedback for at risk behavior and reinforce safe behaviors in order to prevent accidents. 遵守和约束自己的行为举止,对危险行为作出反馈, 加强安全行为,避免事故发生。

- Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS laws and requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities, which endanger the environment or people. 接受相应的EHS 培训,报告不符合EHS 法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为.

- Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to this position. 理解并执行百特公司EHS 对该职位的相关政策。

- In charge of coordinating all department-wide training.负责部门内部培训协调工作。

- Any other tasks related to the position. 完成其它相关工作。

Requirements 职位要求

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, Administration or Accounting.具有工程,理工,管理或会计专业大学学历.
- Three years of supervisory experience in similar position, ability of digital analysis and be good at detecting problems, in a manufacturing environment preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical or similar industry.
3 年以上相同职位管理经验. 具有数字分析能力, 擅于发现问题. 在制造业特别是制药, 医学或类似行业工作经验优先.
- Basic command of English Language.英语运用的基本技能

- Honest and Orderliness, organizing and supervision of operators.诚实和自律,具有组织和管理操作工的能力
- Work experience in a foreign investment enterprise, ability of supervision and coordination of a team of 3 or more operator, preparation and presentation of comprehensive and clear oral and written reports. 外企工作经验, 有管理和协调3 个员工以上小组的经验, 综合处理和准备事物的能力, 能够清楚地作口头和书面汇报.
